What makes Flagstaff a great place to live?: The weather, the people, the location—you won’t find anywhere else with such perfect weather or such friendly people. Plus, Flagstaff is in close proximity to the state’s most sought-after destinations: the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Sedona, Arizona Snowbowl and more.
What are some of the fun things to do and see in Flagstaff?: The city itself has a charming historic downtown. The sky rides at Arizona Snowbowl are popular and those who enjoy outdoor recreational activities are set year-round with biking, fishing, swimming, hiking and skiing opportunities all nearby.
Where is your favorite Flagstaff hangout?: My own back deck.
What makes Timberline Place a great place to live?: Timberline Place is the first community in Flagstaff which grants its residents access to incredible amenities—such as our state-of-the-art fitness center and newly-renovated community clubhouse—without requiring them have a country club membership.
Why is now a great time to buy in Flagstaff?: I’ve sold real estate in Flagstaff since 1978. This is a unique community that has always been a desirable destination to live, no matter what the market is like elsewhere. With cities throughout the state continuing to expand, Flagstaff’s appeal will only grow. There will never be a better time to buy than right now.
