Personal Fitness Specialists Now Available to Community Residents

(FLAGSTAFF, Ariz.—March 11, 2008) - Timberline Place, Flagstaff’s premier condominium community is taking the benefits of home ownership to a whole new level. Homeowners can now enjoy the services of personal & fitness trainer, Carolyn Maul-Latham and Thai masseur, Jason Temkin, who are now offering their professional expertise on-site at Timberline Place.

Jason Temkin and Carolyn Maul-Latham are independent contractors that were selected and authorized by the Timberline Place Owners Association after review of their service, expertise and credentials.
Temkin, a licensed massage and Asian body therapist and certified Thai practitioner and Thai massage instructor will be offering residents Thai massage sessions. This is an interactive blend of massage, stretching, traction, joint decompression, and energy work; and is commonly referred to as “lazy man’s yoga”. Timberline Place residents will have the luxury of enjoying a Thai massage in the privacy of their own home or in the yoga studio located within the Timberline Place fitness center. Rates for a one-hour Thai massage session are $55 for Timberline Place homeowners.
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a master’s degree in holistic nutrition, Latham will offer her expertise and support to those seeking assistance in obtaining their fitness goals. Providing one-on-one personal training at the Timberline Place fitness center, Latham will also offer counsel on nutrition, body composition testing, and personally designed workouts. Latham is also the owner and founder of Synergy Total Fitness located in Flagstaff. Personal training fees are $60 per one-hour session.
Timberline Place is located at 4343 E. Soliere Avenue in Flagstaff and offers a selection of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom designs with pricing beginning in the $140s.
